  • Georgia Parent Survey

Georgia Parent Survey The Georgia Parent Survey is also modeled after the student survey and contains 24 questions. Parents may complete the survey using their personal computer, smartphone, or tablet. For parents who do not have access to the Internet, school administrators should consider scheduling dates and times to allow parents to complete the Georgia Parent Survey at school. All parents should be encouraged to participate in the Georgia Parent Survey because the data will be used as part of the calculation of the School Climate Star Rating. Survey responses are anonymous and will be submitted directly to the Georgia Department of Education for analysis. The Georgia Parent Survey is also available in Spanish. Parents may select the Spanish version within the survey. Parents have until the end of February to complete this survey. http://gshs.gadoe.org/parents

  • YOU ARE FORMALLY INVITED TO:
    THINK BIG
Talley Street Elementary, in collaboration with the City Schools of Decatur, is looking for ideas and inspiration regarding the outdoor space at the new school.
We are delighted to include YOU in our process. We’d like to gather community stakeholders together to THINK BIGabout the opportunities for outdoor learning, recreation, and play on the campus of the new school. In addition to the playfield, the campus property has areas adjacent to the building and among the trees to create unique spaces for our students.

PLEASE JOIN US FOR A VISIONING SESSION

Facilitated by our design team partners of Perkins+Will and Breedlove Land Planning, this visioning session creates a venue for the community to share ideas about the available outdoor spaces on campus.

As a means to help communicate your ideas about what the campus outdoor space can be, please bring 1 image which represents your vision of the possibilities for a unique, engaging and student focused outdoor area.

    Wednesday, January 30th 6pm – 7:30pm @
