This is my 27th year of teaching, and I am entering my 21st year at Oakhurst (with an extra year at College Heights)! I have a MEd in Early Childhood Education, and also received my BA degree from College of Charleston. I have taught students in grades K-3, and love to celebrate all the unique talents and gifts of all our Oakhurst Owls. I am currently an Early Intervention teacher (EIP) and am excited to work with students in all grades again this year. 

I love working and living in the Decatur community (with my husband Dave, my 13 year-old daughter Kennedy, 2 dogs (Rocky and Harley), and a cat (Popcorn), and cherish the relationships I have made with families throughout the years. I am thankful to work with such a dedicated group of people who inspire me each and every day to make a difference in the lives of little people.
