Parent Compact For In-Person Students

  • We are excited about your choice to have your student(s) return to in-person learning. Before your child can begin in-person learning, we need you to complete the Parent COVID-19 Compact. At 8:00 am on Thursday, March 4th, you will be sent an email from campus@csdecatur.org inviting you to complete the agreement. We must have a completed compact for each child before they begin in-person learning on March 8th.

     

    Please follow the steps below, which are also outlined in this video tutorial.

     

    1. Go to the Infinite Campus Parent Portal login page.

    2. Click the bottom box that says Campus Parent. Enter your username and password.

    3. The Parent Portal will open to the message center.

    4. Click on the Surveys tab.

    5. Click on City Schools of Decatur Parent COVID- 19 Compact. Complete the first 9 items by checking the box that you agree with. Enter the information for your student and type your signature for items 10 - 14.

    6. Click the Complete box in the bottom right corner.

    7. You will see “Thank you for completing the survey” on your screen.

    8. You will need to close the survey window and click on the City Schools of Decatur Parent COVID-19 Compact (Step 5) and complete a survey for each child you are sending back to in-person learning.
