Erynn Mathews-Davis comes to the position of Instructional Coach with over two decades of experience in the field of early learning. Before arriving at College Heights, she worked with children, teachers, and parents in public and tuition-based programs serving children ages birth-five. At Drew Charter School, Erynn was the program lead and collaborated with the administration and the Rollins Center for Language and Literacy to grow the early learning program to four GA Prek classes and two preschool classrooms.

Erynn graduated from Kennesaw State University with a degree in early childhood education and a teaching certificate in Prek-5. She continued, receiving an M.S.Ed in elementary education with a specialization in reading and literacy.  Erynn returned to grad school at Mercer University, where she is working on completing her Ed.S in elementary education with a specialization in coaching. Erynn and her family have lived in Decatur for 14 years, and all three of her children currently attend CSD schools.
