At BHMS, we believe that strong instructional leadership is key to fostering a thriving learning environment for all our students and teachers. Our Instructional Leadership Team (ILT) embodies this belief through a collaborative commitment to school improvement and the pursuit of educational excellence.
What is the ILT?
Our ILT is comprised of dedicated and experienced instructional teacher leaders selected by the administrative team representing all content areas and special programs within our school. These selected educators work collectively to support the entire school community.
