Student login support

• Students, make sure you are logged into your web browser with ONLY your CSD Google Workspace account (and not a personal account)
• From the Student Portal, click the Single Sign-On (Student Portal Only) button. If you are asked to select a sign-in account, select your CSD Google Workspace account.
• If you need further help, contact your school's front office staff.

Parent login support

• You can use the Forgot Password? and Forgot Username? links on the Portal login page if you previously used the Portal and need help getting back in.
• Never used the Portal before, or not sure if you have? No problem!
  • Start here and enter the requested information.
  • If a parent/guardian has used the Portal before, you'll see their username. If, instead, you see a complicated GUID code, copy that code - you'll need it in a moment to create that parent/guardian's Portal account.
  • Click here (or click New User? on the Parent Portal login page) to access the New User creation page.
  • Paste the GUID into the Activation Key field at the bottom and click Submit.
  • Continue the process to create your Parent Portal account.
